Well, one, I haven't started on the actual island yet. Two, for everyone's sanity I am going to keep the island design for the entire map, the only thing that will change are the buildings, chests, traps, and possibly some minor terrain changes. But if you play it enough, you should become somewhat familiar with the land. BTW sorry for the double post.

I know I'm gonna be busy... but for this month, I'm not sure if the Buildoff will go because I'm not sure when Oasis will be up for 1.3 and i cant start it untill we have 1.3 up and running. So.....

This is sort of to all people who are busy with buildoff- you know, designer isn't the only thing you can do. You can just be a player which will take like twenty or thirty minutes a month.

Just for kicks, I figured I would post a picture of what the interior structure looks like from the outside. Wow, it's going to be a big island :/ I hope I didn't put the starting chambers too close together, cause now it's kinda unchangeable.

Ok, I'm going to revise my desicion.

Pros: -This is going to be a great factor of Oasis. -Default players finally get the PvP areana they've always wanted. -The idea of a hunger games activity interwoven to a server has been very, very successful, so this could seriously benefit the server.

Cons: -Big ask on maintenence; the organisers would need a lot of staff (Like, Hunger Games Staff). -It really wouldnt work too well with WS, if I'm 100% honest. -Again if I'm 150% honest, people would lose interest after a while. But, there is the chance it could work.

It's still in the balance, thats what I say.

I am with Croky if we say that we're going to keep rebuilding the map every month. This took quite some time to make, and i didn't even build everything my self.

for the rest, i am all for changing the location of the chests etc. every map, that is no big deal. We also need to add some more small stuff in there like fences etc. easy stuff, ya know ;)

We still have to implement the spawn Brick is building, but everything else is as good as finished.

Adirem, it's up to the map designers what they want to rebuild. We don't have to rebuild every single building. If you made a build that you want to keep for a while, you may certainly keep it. The only things that definitely should change every month are the chests and some traps. And btw, I'm not building the spawn, I'm building the island. Edit: Since you are done with the city, can you send me a world download with only the builds you want implemented because I'm not quite sure which buildings you want included.

My suggestion is rehiding and improving the map every week with slight adjustments. It saves time, spruces it up, is less work & nobody else is doing it.
