Why do you deserve to be part of the Oasis Staff team? What sets you apart from the other players and would make you a good part of the staff?:

Hi everyone! It's Persephone~

Why should I be staff? "Because I've done it before" seems like a pretty bad answer, right? It's been a while since I was staff on Oasis. But, I haven't been doing nothing.

Since I began staffing on Oasis all those years ago, I've mainly been moderating Discord servers (including briefly running an index with around 15000 users). I left most of those ventures because I felt it necessary to move on; similarly, I retired from Oasis staff because I was running low on free time and wanted to make space for newer mods. Nevertheless, it hurt to have to retire from a community I revere so much.

I believe now would be a great time for me to return to staff. What sets me apart? It's not my experience with Minecraft, or Discord, but rather, my experience with individuals which sets me apart. I don't work with Minecraft players or Discord users; I work with people, and I have been for over 8 years now. I've changed a lot in all that time, too (frankly I'm still amazed to this day y'all liked me enough to promote me all those years back - I cringe at that version of myself xd). I think it's fair to say we all mature with time. I've made mistakes, but as I am today I am eager to assist the community I've loved for over 8 years in any way that I can.
