Why do you deserve a warp?:I've been wanting one and my town is going to be great :D

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:Edit: Yes it is the skeleton is the town hall and the roads anyone can build within the borders...It is now avalable to the public to build only if they keep their buildings small. I hope that Roseville gets as many townsfolk as it can :D(BTW my sister EmiLou08 created the name...Everyone seems to like it so i'm keeping it :D)

but should work assuming you keep up with demands of players wanting to move into your town.
