Why do you deserve a warp?: I am a great biulder of things and this is my first town wich is filling up fast

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: it is fairly well developed, I have at least 3 people living here and I am expanding to make more room and I am working on a public storage system with an 8-bit encryption.
