^ My stress levels are both pretty low and through the roof right now, at the same time. Feeling good about an exam I have in an hour in my communication class, but stressing about an essay I have due tomorrow that I haven't finished yet. 

< Speaking of, today is my last exam in my communication class before the final. Excited for the semester to be done. 

V All-time favorite activity to pass the time?

^ Sleeping usually works pretty well. If I can't sleep for whatever reason I'll listen to music, watch youtube, play video games, etc.

< Reliving early 2000s emo/metalcore music. It's still so good. brb gotta go buy a bunch of black clothes and dye my hair crazy colors then complain that my parent don't understand me.

v Whatchu know about video editing?

^ Bare minimum, I only really use for slideshows set to music and for short humor things. I also use it to cut my favorite clips of shows together to save and rewatch all at once.

It was made with wmv and I only had about 3 episodes of material to work with so it repeated clips a bit. Vid quality was horrible from being converted to different formats a few times. I look at it now and cringe, as with almost everything else I made from 2009~2013.

^ I don't really have anything spectacular I want for Christmas. I'm just excited to get to spend time with family I don't get to see enough, and have time off of school. If I had to pick one gift I want most, it would just be money or a gas card to help pay for my truck.

< It has taken me exactly 25 hours and 22 minutes to play through the story of Pokemon Sun. That's the longest I ever took to complete a Pokemon game! (My fastest being an 8 hour run of Pokemon Emerald) I will never become a Pokemon Speedrunner :( 
I do love to speedrunning a game called Outland tho. My PB there is 1 hour and 38 minutes. The current World Record for that game is 1 hour and 4 minutes!

^ I didn't know what it was until I read about it but it does look neat *-* Am look into it more on free time.

v How is your week looking at the moment?

^ My week actually looks pretty chill for once. Apart from a couple small, easy assignments and readings, all I have is one big thing - a research paper on nuclear power plants and their effect on the areas around them. 

< At one point today it was 19 degrees F but a real feel of 0. I hate the wind. By Thursday the low where I live is down into single digits and Sunday it'll be down to  negative 2 degrees F according to my weather app. Super not excited. 

On a more positive note (pun intended), I had a sandwich and it was fantastic. 

V You just won the lottery. WOOOO!!! 2.4 million dollars, all yours. What would you buy first? Would you buy a lot of stuff, or save the money for later? Would you quit your job? Be as creative as you want with your answer.

^ 2.4 million dollars? Right now? Well, if I had 2.4 million dollars I would place $500,000 in an 18 month certificate of deposit with an interest rate of .30% (not 30%, or 3%, but, .3%) and use the remaining 1.9 million to purchase a small $900,000 dollar home where I used to live, (so I can once again attend high school there + get priority admission into San Francisco State, UC Berkeley, etc) and of course, there are closing costs...furnishings...renovations...I'd just assume that would cost me $100,000. (It may not actually cost that much, just using this figure for convenience purposes)  and I'd have a remaining 900,000. I could, you know, buy a nice car(s), fill my closet with expensive clothes, buy a nice computer, and not have to worry about bills for the next two years, and then collect the 500K COD (with interest) and go to college with that money and still probably have quite a bit of money after I graduate. Then maybe a year after my graduation I can sell the home I bought and purchase a nicer one, if I would like. 

< I have been extremely busy. Finals week is coming even closer and closer. I have 4 classes of homework due tomorrow, a test, and a lengthy project and all of these I have to do over the next twelve hours. Without sleep. But it's okay because I can cry when winter break finally comes.

I love pineapples but if you don't that's okay friend

^ I pike pinapples and stuff, but eating them isnt super enjoyable. There are those buts that are super tough and stringy, I hate that part. My dad says he knows how to cut that part out though so maybe I'll have some pineapple sometime.

v Doing any secret santas/yankee swaps this season?

^ being from a different planet California, I have 0 idea as to what a Yankee swap is, but I know what secret Santa is and I can easily tell you, that unfortunately, no. I was planning on buying a few gifts for my school club at my old school when/if I visit on the day before their winter break. Although I realized that, that's kind of a lot of people, and I don't have money/time to buy/make 30+ presents... especially when finals start in one week (shudder)

< Finals start in one week, and I know for sure I've cried over my finals (freshmen year + this year) twice by now, I cried once my freshman year when I was in between a B and a C in Biology Honors and instead of rising to the B I hoped for after 6 hours of studying, I ended up with a C. Same with Geometry, that same year, where at 78.6%, instead of bringing my grade up 2%, the final brought up my grade by .2%. Teacher did not like me enough to round. But this year is unlike all the others. Now it's at a completely different school, with no one to study with, with many grades on the border between failure and passing, it's going to be extremely hard this year. I haven't had free time, or a single day this week with more than 6 hours of sleep. I'm slowly piecing together that a support class I took is completely useless. In my general support class, both teachers in it (aide, and teacher) don't know a single thing about Algebra or Chemistry. My two hardest classes. How they were hired when they clearly don't know anything about what they're supposed to be helping their students with, I don't know.

\/ Most useless class you've ever signed up for? (Or most useful if you do not have one)

^ Role of Media in Society, aka the class I just had my exam for today. What SHOULD have been an interesting class was ruined by a prof who has no presence or teaching style. As a result, nobody has retained ANY worthwhile information.

< But hey, Im done with the semester now. My program actually finishes a week early apparantly. Everyone else I know is still in school. Alas, I can get some much needed sleep.
