Why do you deserve a warp?: Me and Ret made this a small project, we buy and sell cakes here.
We hire people to make and sell cake and I pay them every thursday. 50 coins. They just have to mail me about it and we also give free tours.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: This is a special case, as it is not a town.

Decided to help with this project. System is similar to warp gr00ve - resource gathering to help players earn money. Huge amount of potential, we just need more people helping.
And a warp will help with that.
