Why do you deserve a warp?: This town is well made and is ready to be inhabited

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: There are many plots, a private storage building, rules are in place and it is ready for citizens!

There is a Public mine and there are many things planned including A Tree farm, a Pig farm, sugar farm, bread farm and mushroom farm, red and gray.
