Double dungeon trouble

on April second, I found a double dungeon (2 dungeons spawned next to each other) and showed kyorgtea, and she decided to take the mossy from it. She mined most of it up, and fled with it. I placed lava blocks (I knew she was in god mode and wouldn't die) to slow her down, and tried to save as much of it as I could. Is what she did considered stealing?

I had broken the spawners, dose that count as claiming? if so, the loot and such would be claimed too, right?

I'm not trying to complain, but I would like what was rightfully mine back if it is in fact, mine.

I told you if you TPed me I was going to take the mossy stone.
{Plus I wasn't in god I quickly had to change into it, I play survival too :U}

Basically you did not claim this dungeon, you placed no signs and all you said was "Staff"(about 3 times) then you said "I found a double dungeon."

I see this as a matter of etiquette. I personally don't think Kyor broke any rules, but I do think what she did wasn't the best thing to do.

I won't force you to give e moss back (Some other staff ,ithe, this is just me), but it would be the nice thing to do.

(Plus, don't you have /I, why take items from someone who needs them?)

The problem has been resolved, and I wanted to stress that I do not what kyorgtea banned over this, it was mostly a question of political opinions, as to what is considered claiming and not claiming, a dungeon. again, I do NOT want kyorgtea banned for it, sorry about the caps.
