Why do you deserve a warp?: I hope my city will become a good place for newbies to live, Ive thaught much about this and ive decided to make this app, seing lb is back and the city and all its people will be safe and ungriefable :)

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: THere is an avalible 6 plots, curently making more and more.
