Why do you deserve a warp?: Because Sky is a city i've been working hard on. Te main place is a huge castle which as multiple plot ready to be inhabited and also a room for crafting, brewing, enchanting and cooking.There is also a farm on the roof and an xp farm near the castle. there is some plot outside the castle but that section is still not quite finish. 

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It is ready to be inhabited. Even if the plot for shop and farm are not done yet Sky still as a lot of home plots ready to be selled.
