Duderules66 Unjustly ban ( READ IMEDIATELY) UPDATED AGAIN twice

The, "my cousin/brother/sister/aunt/dad/uncle/grandmom/dog/cat/mailman did it!" excuse is a card played one too many times. Your account was banned for griefing. Whether or not it was you, the owner of the account, who griefed or somebody else, the will be still be upheld.

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm so i am not following but i did check the rules i remember that he griefed a little i looked for a few seconds and then BOOM i was banned but i didnt see anything big? and in the rules it said that on a small scale it could be only a week. But on a large scale it was a permanent. And i know it wasnt a large scale

Soo yeah its just i did check the rules and one says that if its big its a permaban here is part of the post ill also underline the part

Section I. Griefing

a. Griefing defined
Griefing
is defined as the act of destroying or modifying blocks that another
player has placed without their consent. It also encompasses building on
another person’s property without their consent, destroying or
modifying public property, or not fully removing all log blocks from a
tree you have cut down.

b. Consequences for griefing
If you
are caught griefing, or evidence has been submitted proving you have
griefed, you will be banned, for a period of time as determined by the
staff. If your griefing is on a massive scale, it is likely that you
will receive a permanent ban. If it is on a small scale, your banned
time can last anywhere from a few hours up to one week.

c. Reporting griefing
There
are two ways in which you can report griefing: 1. By making a post or
private message to the staff on the Oasis SMP forums. 2. By alerting a
staff member while playing in-game on Oasis SMP. If you’d like your case
to have action be taken against it more quickly, please provide
evidence of the grief, such as a screenshot or an incident the staff can
search for in the server logs.

d. If a construction of yours has
been griefed, you are entitled to have a staff member replace the exact
number of blocks that you lost. The staff member may, but is not
required to, assist you in rebuilding.

But it was never "determined by the staff" so i never knew i do have a right to know how long i am banned lol well i dont but i sure would like to know

Also i cant even locate the post that showed i was banned.

There are alot of cool servers out there, go find another one, and please stop spamming the forums, the account is yours, your cousin did it, but the account is yours, you're the one who's gonna suffer because you left the account opened. Now please, stop.
