Report Rule Breakers

Here's a new section of the forums where you can report anyone breaking the rules. Please provide evidence of them breaking the rules (ie. screenshots, lb, etc.) as well as posting which rules they've broken and who they are.
Make sure to give us the coordinates of the grief as well by hitting F3 and jotting down at least the X and Z numbers.
