In order to keep Oasis a more beautiful place, we've added a new rule.

Section I: Griefing

e. Grief Removal
Should your house/creation be griefed, you are to report it to staff within 10 days. Should staff find a house/creation that has been griefed, and not reported, they may remove it with no refund of items. This is to cut down on the houses built by guest who only visits once, leaving half built or abandoned house behind.

We urge you to freshen yourself up on the rest of the rules as well, just in case you've forgotten any.
