SOPA and PIPA WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!

SOPA ad PIPA are both proposed bills that would give the U.S. government the right to CENSOR THE INTERNET I am not going to go into to mh detail here since im not as knowledgable in this topic as other but i will leave you with a simple part of it that I know and a few links that will help you understand.
SOPA and PIPA would both basicly allow the U.S. government to block any websites that has any illegal or copyrighted material on it reguardless of the source. Think YOUTUBE FACEBOOK GONE just because one person thought they would post a music video they didnt know on youtube(happens all the time and is dealt with currently by removing the video/user account) with this bill if that happened the entire site would be helded liable and it could be takn down. They could do the same thing if copyrighted information was posted on facebook, tumbler, anywhere.

THE MAIN THING IS: Me and the rest of the internet needs your help. GET THE WORD OUT!!

After seeing more about this topic I see what harm it can do. I also found it funny how when I typed my zip code and found my representatives two of the four i saw had twitter accounts, which is possibly subject to this bill. I also hate how this has world wide impact, if these bills are passed many web sites would need to find "shelter" by finding an owner in another country not subject to these possible laws. There could be web sites auctions!!!

I thought that the U.S. could still shut down the site if it was infringing a U.S. copywright? or is it only if its run from a U.S address?
