Why do you deserve a warp?: Because, This is a warp everyone goes to so they can reach towns that don't have warps. Its like this whole Obsidian Portal Palace where you walk in one portal and follow the path to a town.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: No.

Well, I'd go with /TheEnd but of course, I'd have to know the locations of the towns a such.....
