Why do you deserve a warp?: I think this deserves a warp because it is a good decoration, it is a pain to get to (its REALLY far from spawn), and because if I maybe want to put some treasure under it, I can get to it easily.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: Its not a town so... yah.

I don't exactly think this is the kind of thing that needs a warp.
