Why do you deserve a warp?:  I deserve a warp because i want to start my first ever town on oasis smp and a warp is a fundamental part of starting a town.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: The town is set up with all of the essentials that are required for a town such as plots, and town hall. along with some other bonuses like a shop and a farm.
