Why do you deserve a warp?: I want my warp to be a tool to help players get started with their Oasis journey. I want it to be a backbone for players to fall back on for resources. I have been hard at work building my city for about 9 months in hopes of it becoming a warp and I think it's ready to be a warp.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: I have a pretty good settlement started with food sources and a sugar cane farm to make money. There is a hotel in the works for some housing and some apartments available already. I would say its ready to be inhabited.
