Why do you deserve a portal?:The city i made is pretty far away from any portal/ warp and its pretty cool and actually really big. and i would like more people to live there or something.

If your portal will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:Its almost complete except for residential buildings. I have alot of land set aside for houses.
