I am here to announce that sometime in may or june, I am holding the 2016 Oasis Music Awards! On the forums, I will post the name of the trophy given out and the nominees. You guys will vote on them and then the people will win at the Music Awards!

I think you may be missing the point of award ceremonies like this. The reason theyre called nominees is because they have to be nominated. By a committee of some sort. You cant just arbitrarily name a bunch of artists you like. The point is to have a group of artists reflective of the time and music community. This is just "which of my favourite artists do you like best."

My advice to you is to ask some homies who THEY think should be on that list, then maybe try again

If Ive offended you, I appologise, its just this seems like its a bit biased is all. All Im saying is theres a different methodology out there which may give you better results.

I have to agree with shnoork and everyone else here. You cant just list singers you like and make everyone vote on them. For example I only know 2 of those artists and out of those two I only know about one of them through the news and conspiracies.

If you did what shnoork it would make more sense and less confusing. Thats how it works in the real world
