2nd Annual Oasis Raises Awareness for ALL CANCERS Donation Drive

Yes that is right.  We are doing it again this year!  We will be holding another Donation Drive this year.  Just like last year, it will be held during the month of Oct.  The reason for this month as its the month for Breast Cancer Awareness, and as most know, my wife was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 2 years ago.

Last years:  Cancer donation

This year madscientist032 and my self have decided to give 100% of the donations from the month of OCTOBER towards the benefit instead of 50%.  This isn't going to be the norm.  It will be a play by ear thing each year.  This year we feel we can afford to give 100% towards it.

This year madscientist032 will be contributing to it, but the amount is still yet to be determined.  Will probably announce it the week of.

Last year I donated $50, this year I want to try for $100.  I will definitely give at least $50 my self.

This year I hope to break $1k.  Which is why I am posting this early.  To give everyone the chance to save up.  It would mean so much to me if we broke $1k this year.

Also like to mention that any money you donate during the month of Oct will still count towards your donator rank.  So you not only get to feel good, but you get something in return!

Also, last year the money went towards ACS (American Cancer Society).

This year we will be donating it towards PCF (Prevent Cancer Foundation) instead.

I just want to add a quick update.

We'd greatly appreciate it if all people who donate specifically for this Donation Drive put their donations in this thread, instead of the usual "donations" thread. This way it's easier for Pax and myself to keep track of which donations went to the server and which ones will be going towards PCF.

I'll be updating this very post every so often with the appropriate donation total.

My plan was to donate last year but at the time i didn't have my own credit card but now i do and had a little extra spending money so had to do it this year
