So, obviously I'm happy that we have voting back, and so I'd like to propose a few rules so we don't misbehave and get it taken away again.

Actually, let's keep this simple. One rule to rule them all, one rule to bind them....

THE ONE GOLDEN RULE

Don't be a dick

Don't downvote people just because they disagree with you. Don't downvote ban threads in general. Staff decisions are final, all the downvotes in the world aren't going to change them. If you have some legitimate reason to downvote something, try to give some constructive criticism to them. Unless its a banned alt trying to spam us. Then bombs away.

Don't make alts to upvote yourself. Don't make deals with friends to upvote everything each other posts. 

To sum it up, Don't be a dick

I remember this. I had very poor grammar and always got downvoted, and i started being more mature and went positive.
