You are not staff

This has been irking me for a while and I feel like it's going to continue unless someone says someone. I'd like to prefix this post, however, by saying that I know people are just trying to help and don't mean to be annoying. I truly appreciate you trying to help out and I'm not telling anyone off more pointing this out.

Caps.

People sometimes use caps in chat. Using caps sparingly is fine, but caps spam/abuse isn't. Caps spam is annoying, but do you know what else is annoying? Let's see.

First off, saying "AHH CREEPER" isn't some spam or abuse. It's two words. Unless it's 2+ messages in a row I don't consider it spam! but a one off which is fine if used sparingly. The continuous spamming of "don't use caps" afterwards is much more annoying, especially since staff are usually online to deal with caps. So please, leave the staffing to staff and don't bombard chat with warnings to guests.

Like I said, I know you guys are trying to help and this isn't aimed at anyone in particular, but it's really annoying to see players jump on guests (and other players) for using a pitiful amount of caps, and sending out warnings when staff are online and trying to do just that without chat being flooded with player warnings.

Yeah It kinda bugs me when people do this, makes me feel sorta sorry for the guy getting told off.

This seems to be an issue that pops up every few months. It seems like people need a reminder to stop policing one another, and it seems that that only lasts so long. Would putting this in the rule book be any help, by any chance? It does seem that people will hold more respect to a rule if its written somewhere officially and proactively rather than it getting to the point where people have to call attention to it. But to reiterate, a few uppercase letters wont kill you, everyone. (Also, sorry for getting this topic back on track...)
