Why do you deserve a warp?: I think I deserve a warp because I have been nice I have never griefed and don't plan to, and me and a few friends have worked hard on this and we don't want it to be all for nothing.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It is all ready inhabited but it still needs a little work but its good enough to be called a town.
