Why do you deserve a warp?: I believe I deserve a warp because I would like to have a place for people to have a small community with each other and share their cool houses! Aaaaand its nearby my main building area so others can wander and view my current large projects. 

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: I am currently in the process of creating the plot of the town, the streets/walkways are nearly complete, and the warp area is 100% completed & decorated. Looks fancy!
