Banned for digging straight down

Reason you were banned: X-ray

Reason you believe you should be unbanned: Because I was not using an x-ray, nor anything of the like

Whoever did this should've at least spoken up about it. Way to go guys

I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt.

You told Me and Pax that it was some ´random mining´.
We looked it through, and yes i admit, you did make it look like random mining.

I could be that we are wrong. But if 3 people conclude the same thing,
then there has to be something wrong with your statement.

It was just too obvious that you went from point A to point B to point C etc. etc.

Since you were calm and respectfull while Me and Pax inspected the case,
I think you will have a chance of being unbanned in the near future.

Give it some time, then make another ban appeal.

Looking at this is only a scrap of belief as to why I think the guy should be given another chance. He around randomly, or it at least looks that way. I have talked to him on teamspeak. He's pretty chill, and he was pretty genuine on the situation. Just being on teamspeak shows that he actually took the time to come to meet new people and stay with us. Banning him only a couple hours of building a rapidly growing friendship, isn't something you'd expect happen to a pretty cool guy. He was pretty outgoing, friendly, and just generally calm. Please give Lost_Items another chance. He really showed that he came here to stay. Banning him in his situation is like shoving the new kid at school into their locker just because they tried to make some friends.

Guys, this is locked, and not up for discussion. He's no different that any other player banned for using xray.


Rule-breakers will say anything to get unbanned, all of you know that. I watched him xray for diamonds with my own 2 eyes, and banned him accordingly. Since I am the one who caught him in the act, his punishment is MY responsibility!


I don't honestly care how much of a cold, calloused bastard you think I might be. The bottom line, when I see someone griefing, or xraying, or spawn-camping, etc, they get kicked/banned in accordance with our rules. My tolerance for habitual griefers & xray users is pretty close to zero.


I will admit, it's very easy to see things in black & white, and I've given plenty of leeway to guests who break a block or two on someone's house, or take crops, etc. Most of them apologize, and replace what they broke, or took.
