Reason you were banned:building a house without permission(it is a misunderstanding)

Reason you believe you should be unbanned:kevo,you lbed the bottom row of blocks on the house didnt you?if you did,lb the second row of blocks, the bottom row was the wall for a plot i marked off and jubilee built on without permission
