Warp point application: Konoha (The Leaf)

Age: 19 (20 in july XP)

Proposed name of warp: Konoha (refers to the The Village Hidden In The Leaves from the Naruto manga/anime)

Why do you deserve a warp?: I'm an old oasis-member, and the city is ready for new citizens. Edit: I also used to have a town a few maps ago

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:
The town consists of a town hall with the mayor's office (where the warp point is to be located) and a grocery store where people can buy food until they get more familiar with the shop world. There are currently 3 types of plots: A 3 storey penthouse, a small hut and a self-building plot. There should be enough room for 10 citizens, and can easily be expanded
