Why do you deserve a warp?:

Well, i'm building a hotel, where people can get a room. here they can make a shop and such, or just a nice room.
I think its a nice idea and i hope the hotel will get the warp.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhMatabited?:

Its not a town, but more like a town in a building.
