Why do you (your town) deserve a warp?: It's a nice location with lots of resources at townfolks' disposal along with a farm shop (and a temporary stone and gem shop) where you can buy food (hopefully other players will add other shops)

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: It's not supposed to be a city with real roads etc, but besides that there's everything a person would want if he wanted to set up a house or a shop. There's also a town mine where players can easily get down to great depts without needing to mine all the way down
