Why do you deserve a warp?: While the community Spleef arena is near the spawn point newer players often have trouble getting to the location thereby preventing them from participating unless someone goes to the spawn point and walks them to the arena. Having the ability to just type a simple command would solve this problem for newer players and benefit other players who want more people to play spleef with.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: The community spleef arena is fully operational and is located at X= -219 Y= 64 Z=24.

Well there is spleef which is owned by ChaosTheory and big spleef which is owned by leagle and neither of them can be used without staff facilitating it. The one i am hoping to get a warp for dose not require staff assistance to use.

theres definately more than that. I've helped build one, theres the wooden one outside of spawn, the 'official' one, one in the middle of te ocean near spawn, and one farther down the road leading from spawn. so yeah.
