Why the Nether and possibly spawn should be banned.

Now. Before you Judge a book by its cover, read every detail of this thread and why both places should be removed, or banned from the game. A legal formallist's approach on things.

The Nether has been resposible for over 25 deaths of players. Under section three, subsection b, the rules state:

Even if PvP is off, there are other ways to kill players. These include
things such as spawning lava on them or pushing them off of a cliff.
These actions are strictly prohibited, and assume the same consequences
as PvP murder.



It has also broken another rule. Under the responsible use of fire, under Section 8 of the rules Fire is only to be used "for fireplaces. That's the only place it is to be used" Also, only Trusted and higher are allowed to use lava, I believe that the Nether is not Trusted or a higher rank.

The spawn also likes to spam me. It's not officially a rule, but spamming is frowned upon. I will leave you to decide the fate of spawn.

I love being a rule-whore, ask anyone on teamspeak.. I hate peoples reactions to it though, because most of the time they're negative
