Proposed name of warp: Warp Art Museum

Why do you deserve a warp?: I want players who make map and banner art  to have a public place where it can be truly appreciated to its full potential !! I also just want another place for players to hang and chill out at!

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: I don't have plans

 on making this warp a town, I do however have plots outside for players to create their own mini statues! If Its popular I might look into expanding the plots and public activities for this warp! (im open for ideas).
