Banned player houses Empty Banned player houses

I have realized that there is a house of a player who was banned but who can appeal (her name is VexMilk6 and she was banned on 9/18/21)


In case she never appeals, is there any chance that I could use her house to make a farm or something similar?


My question also refers to any user who got temp banned or perm on the server.



PD: I am donating items that I do not need in front of my house. I hope it helps some newbie.  bounce bounce

In the event a player does not appeal their house may or may not be rolled back by staff at any given point without any prior warning.

Because of this we do not allow other players to "squat" the house of the banned user, unless that house/dwelling is from a town,. If it's from a town, in that case the town owner/mayor/manager would take possession of the house and do what they need as they see fit.

Tl;Dr - you cant use the house to make a farm or otherwise squat it... sorry.
