Shop at commune

I keep seeing little shops pop up at /warp commune and I was just wondering how I could get one. I don't have the money to get a shop world plot but I can probably pay a little to get one. Also, what would I need to do to set it up.

ok so you dont have to pay to do anything in commune im pretty sure, you can build a house, make a shop, all free! i dont run it genericfern does so if you see him ask him. Just dont make the shops obnoxious or really near the spawn or chests
