John,

A space has opened up in /warp shop and been reserved for you!
We have removed $5000 from your account and set it up so that you can begin building in the plot next time you are on.
Ask a staff in-game to set up your greeting and farewell messages.
As we do not allow players to share shops due to past drama, we hope that both you and Aeyrn understand and we apologize for the inconvenience.
