Why do you deserve a warp?: Because we have a growing town with currently 8 or 9 residents.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: We have multiple houses that are holding 8-9 residents currently. The town is ready to be inhabited  because we are expanding everyday and building new homes.
