torchwood a little town

Proposed name of warp:torchwood
Why do you deserve a warp?:because i wanted to build a town far out from other buildings so i went far away and started leveling out land with some helpful people
If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: yes its small right know but i plan to make it bigger

CommanderAJ and I are trying to build a mall. We were planning on building in Torchwood, but without a warp, Torchwood is difficult to reach.
