Proposed name of warp: clout

Location of warp (coordinates): X: 7139; Y: 250; Z: 8429; (I'd like the warp to be set in the middle of Liv & Lauren (bear_pawz)'s ownership signs)
 
Why do you deserve a warp?: Because we're very trustable people and we want a town - And it's almost at build level so that's cool

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: Pretty developed. We have houses and apartments, soon to make a farm, hotel, and some shops :)
