I worked very hard on this place and it could be a good area for new players.
We provide free food, a spawner and help 24/7.
If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: 
It Is currently being worked on and will be ready really soon, Just expanding and adding more flat
area for area for people to let their creativity run wild! :)
