Why do you deserve a warp?: Put a lot of time and effort into this place and would like people to be able to visit

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: Uninhabited, but I plan to have housing and shops available for sale. The skeleton is well developed
