Coordinates of warp with no commas or other characters (E.g. "-1248 68 345"): -2634 39 -79    facing east

Why do you deserve a warp?: Because I built a cave spider xp farm for myself and everyone to use. It has multiple spawners (2 finished with a third in progress) and enchanting tables for each spawner.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: NA
