As mentioned in game - and I'm going to mention it here - Please have a bit more development with the individual plots - some of them don't look finished (calling out the bIG section of open area).

My recommendation is to either have more plots or have a section where its CLEARLY DENOTED that there is construction going on. Or both, if you plan on expanding the market area to include more plots.
