I think a good ol fashion buildoff would be fun. Something like having 4 hours to build a house with a set material list or something like that would be fun I think. Let's also remember how great the 24 hour buildoff was 5 years ago.

I mean well i know full well that there is a set group of people *cough* artisans and architechs *cough* that would win quite easily i think this sounds like a really fun way to challenge yourself and show off your skills, im down :D
