Why do you deserve a warp?: Gretchy and I have worked very hard on this town to be able to share it with our fellow oasians.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: yes it is ready to be inhabited. there are roads and some structures but the players will be provided with 32 x 32 plots to build on and we have tried to keep the natural terrain. some terraforming is permitted though.
