Why do you deserve a warp?:
New town for people to build in, free build (no plots, just abide by the 5 block rule), public farm (potatoes and melons ready, still expanding). The developers are founders of the old beloved Can Town from 2 maps ago.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:
Ready for inhabiting- free build, food farm's ready and expanding along with cow pen.
