Why do you deserve a warp?:It's not really a matter of do I deserve one, I just want to give everyone a xp grinder to use.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:It's not a town, its a zombie farm with ender chests, a hopper to collect drops, a disposal sign, and an enchanting table.
