warp point for public exp farm (skeleton-zombie)

Me and Realkingofdirt made an public exp farm in /warp taiga and we want a warp point for it .

You need to follow this format otherwise staff wont approve it, heres the format below, just copy the format and edit it in filled out

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:
