Avoiding ban appeal? Empty Avoiding ban appeal?

It appears after immediately joining the server, this little fellow immediately admitted to being banned before (they said this without being asked about it.)

I've asked this dude "You do realise you can appeal your ban?" 

He replied: "-_-" "I did that one month straight"

"Did you get a response?"

"No"

And after being asked again by Mia if he's evading ban he left with a hint of grumpiness.

As an added note, he avoided the question (by Scorpion) why he was banned.

Probably slipped by when we updated our ban plugin a while ago.

He's fine to make an appeal.
