Why do you deserve a warp?: This will be my second warp if I receive it, my first being warp lost and found/ warp pet. That warp was to help people find lost animals and with this warp I wish to help people gain items. Or clean out there chests of unwanted items. It'll be a big help to new players and old ones with to much stuff.

It your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: This warp is not part of a town it is a free standing building by itself.
